After the walk
This was Yaza last night, after a particular big walk. I noticed she was bored and destroying the rest of our chairs and one of our walls (!), so I immediately grabbed her leash and off we went, with Mirabela too, to walk along the beach. They loved it, of course, and Yaza actually pooped outside, something she NEVER does. I knew there was a reason I always packed those poop bags, ha!
Mira and Yaza did not fight outside, Cesar Millan would be proud of me. A walk goes a long way to get the pack to sort things out, I guess. Afterwards, they were both too tired to care about each other. Yaza took a place in my lap and Mira rested next to me. All I had to do is keep my hands off Mira completely and everything was just fine. Yaza is very jealous. Mira doesn’t really mind her, but if Yaza even looks at her differently, she will want to sort things out in the ring. *Sigh* girls…
Oh and about the walk. Interestingly enough, people were much more receptive and curious about the dogs than they usually are when I take Yaza and Sayid. Maybe it has to do with the fact that this is the first time that I take Mira to the beach too. Unlike my brindle babies, she is a brindle pied frenchie, which is probably one of the most “trendy” coat colors around.
