Trying To Find A House (Breeder’s Edition)

September 15th, 2008 Posted in Daily

It’s official. I’m (rather, we’re) looking for a house. A home, where we can expand our (canine, please!) family and be together 24/7, except when there’s work and college, of course. The thing now is actually looking for a place. It drains all energy out of me.

The first thing hubby looks for in a house is if there’s a pool of some sort, closely followed by a huge room where we can fit in two computers, one laptop, a big TV, the humongous bed and some frenchies squeezed in with us. Yes, all these things have to fit in our bedroom.

Obviously, the first thing I look for in a house is whether I can get from college to home and from work to home in record time, for when I have puppies. I also look for a place with a nice external area, although the dogs would just use this space supervised to run and have fun. They’re probably having their own room too, at the new place. Spoiled much?

Anyway, going back to work. This week is going to be extra hectic, because we have the dog show next weekend ZOMG. Can hardly wait. I guess I’ll have to be extra careful to Mira’s coat, since I’ve only just had brindle dogs on the show ring. Pieds are a little more fussy when it comes to tidying up for the ring.
